The Eberle Brothers - About Jeff Eberle

I've been designing, building and remodeling in the Olympia area since the mid 1970's. Most of my designs were done for my own building projects, but I also designed homes for a few builders and homeowners. My goal was to eventually retire my tool belt and devote all of my time to designing and drafting custom residences that were creative as well as practically designed. In 2000, I achieved my goal and began exclusively designing homes.

You will find my drawings to be accurate, clearly presented and complete. And, because of my background as a hands-on contractor(forming and pouring footings, foundations, framing the floors, walls and roof structure and then performing all of the cabinet installation and finish carpentry), they will be plans that builders and building officials will appreciate.

I have extensive training in drafting and design, computer aided drafting, kitchen and bath design, plus fine art. Also, additional education in fundamentals of the International Residential Code, engineered floor systems(I-joists) and beam & header loading calculations.

The Eberle Brothers is at 2316 E. Fourth Ave., Suite C. (It will seem like Martin Way). It is best to call first, since I occasionally am out checking jobsites or measuring projects.
